Home Owners often don't think about a new roof until they're ready to install. The best time to plan for a new roof is early Spring. Construction becomes more hectic further into the calendar year. While Summer is busy, everyone and their cats calls in a Fall Frenzy when school starts, and then once again at first flurries. If you want to be ahead of the ball, call ahead in early Spring. Keep in mind that for whatever reason construction costs only ever seem to go up, so estimates are good for planning, but should only be taken to heart for about 30 days.
Are you getting a new roof with us? We offer aluminum seamless gutters estimates with our roofs. It makes sense to install gutters and roofs at the same time so that the Ice & Water Shield can be installed over new gutter apron.
Topline Construction Firm specializes in all things roofing, but we also take on an addition each Winter, decks, and have been known to enjoy artsy projects replicating Custom Exterior Crown Moulding to match existing fascia and roof lines on historic homes. Most home owners also have us install Aluminum Seamless Gutters at the same time as their new roof/ siding.
At the beginning of the pandemic, Topline Construction heard MPR had lost 1/3rd of all of their funding since most of their sponsors were from large in person venues such as 1st avenue or the MET. Topline Construction Firm, Kristen and her crew, are fantastic to work with. While seeking help replacing leaking skylights, after having several other companies either say they couldn't help or just 'ghost me', Topline was the only company willing to take on the tricky job. Upon her initial inspection, significant hail damage was discovered. Kristen worked with our insurance and we now have not only new skylights, but a new roof as well! During a recent storm our beautiful Maple tree fell on our roof causing damage that would unfortunately span several areas of expertise. Among the contractors we considered, a smaller company, Topline Construction, stood out. Knowledgeable, professional and detail-oriented, absolutely. But most significant to us during a stressful situation was the sincere and personable nature of the business owner who was on the site leaving no stone un-turned and informing us of the timeline and our options. Topline turned what could have been a stressful project into a smooth process. As we were kept updated, repairs just happened, one after the other, according to schedule. No surprises. And the cleanup was thorough. We walked out when all was quiet and there before us stood one happy-looking house ... minus the Maple.
