The team from Topline was very thorough and professional in all aspects of the roofing and gutter installation process for hour house and garage. All of our questions were answered in detail, clearly and immediately.
I honestly wish they did a more broad range of work. I would have them work on everything in my house. The communication quality of work and sense of just feeling taken care of without me having to put a lot of thought or energy into. It was great. Very informative and always available to answer my questions. I hope I don’t need a new roof in years to come, but I would recommend Toplineto everyone, in fact, I try to get them to go up north in Minnesota to cover that area, as well. Kristen is the only person in this field that I felt like really knew her way around insurance claims and she was able to get everything I needed from my insurance company without me having to lift a finger. After our roof sustained hail damage, we sought multiple roofing companies to handle the repair. While the insurance claim was covering the cost, we were determined to spend the funds wisely and fully understand the insurance process. We were referred to Topline Construction LLC, and from the start, we were impressed. Kristen from Topline came out for an inspection and was incredibly thorough in addressing all of our questions. She made insightful suggestions, explained the process in detail, and provided solutions for concerns we had regarding the project. Her knowledge of the roofing industry was exceptional, and it was clear she was passionate about her work. Throughout the process, Kristen spoke highly of her experienced crew, and it showed in the quality of the work. The roof replacement was completed on time, and the crew did a fantastic job, especially with the clean-up afterward. It was truly a pleasure to work with a local, women-owned business. Topline Construction was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them! They replaced our roof and explained the process along the way, documenting with photos. After the work was done, they cleaned our yard thoroughly with minimal debris left behind.

Topline installed a new roof on our home after after a large storm with damaging winds and hail. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a very thorough job cleaning up the property after completing the new roof.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Topline. Kristine was extremely knowledgeable- an expert in the business. Moreso, she answered all our questions and provided the services we needed. We had the utmost confidence that Kristine was working on our behalf...not on what was in the best interest for the business (as we've experienced elsewhere). For needing a new roof (a situation no-one wants), we had a great experience.

Topline Replaced an old skylight at a property of mine. They did an excellent job of giving me all of the options to replace it with the different pricing. They never pressured me to get the more expensive ones, but did a thorough job explaining the benefits of each one and letting me decide. They had great communication throughout the ordering and installation process, and always showed up promptly and when they said they would. Job was done to satisfaction. I also should mentioned that this was all done remotely for myself as I wasn't in state while the repair/replacement needed to be done. Kristen and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and as previously stated communicate to make sure I was aware of everything and the job was done to my satisfaction. Will definitely work with them again.
We recently called Topline for storm damage inspection. I was impressed at how quickly they arrived to check out my property (within 10 minutes of my call!). Unlike other roofing contractors we've spoken to, they took the time to walk me through the logistics and provided open and honest responses to my questions. They went above and beyond with educating me about the process. I like that this company is local, and I will strongly consider using them for any future roofing projects.

When Topline Construction first inspected our 20-year old roof, I appreciated their honesty, as they told us it was in good shape for at least 5 more years. A couple years later, after a hailstorm damaged the roof, Topline helped us navigate the insurance process to get the roof replaced. The Topline team was terrific in all ways: communication, punctuality, quality of work, quality of materials, and follow-up. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Kristen and Topline Construction. Kristen stopped by after a recent hail storm while I was outside painting and told me about her company and background and we looked at some of the hail damage on my shed. She left a flier and said to call for an estimate. Kristen was not pushy, and she never once tried to push me into getting a new roof from the hail storm she just let me know that they would always be around to help. I worked on getting my claim approved, Kristen provided me with a quote on a roof, gutters, and fascia while most other companies tried to strong arm me into letting them work directly with my insurance, so they could “get more money out of the insurance company” ,as they all said, while Kristen just let me know if we find further damage we will need to go back to the insurance with photos and have them revise the scope. I am not an easy customer to please when it comes to work on my house, I like to ask a lot of questions and watch the work as it gets completed, and all the guys working on my roof and gutters were more than willing to answer all my questions and show me what they were doing and explain everything. The work was all completed in a timely manner and everything looks great on my house, I am extremely happy with the job Topline construction did and the care that Kristen and all the crews put into my home. When you work with Topline you will know they care about the work they are doing, and the job will be done right the first time.
I highly recommend Topline Construction! Kristen is the most professional, organized, personably, knowledgeable and thorough contractor, I have ever dealt with. We were extremely impressed with her and her crew throughout every stage of the process for our roofing project for the house we were selling. We needed to put on a new roof very last minute and she moved mountains, to make sure everything would work out in en extremely short time frame to accommodate the sale of our home. We were beyond grateful for her amazing customer care and service. two months later we are ready to put on a new roof on our new house and will be going with Topline! I love that it is woman owned business in a male dominated field!
